I have been working as a registered dietitian since 2018.

I worked as venue manager for the food and beverage department at the Tokyo2020 Olympics and Paralympics.
I feel that Japan is slow to respond to people with dietary restrictions such as vegans and halal, and those with allergies.
I became interested in improving the health of the rapidly increasing number of expats and creating a food environment that increases their satisfaction.
